Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours of various attractions and historical sites across Ocho Rios, St. Ann.
- Share in-depth knowledge of Jamaican history, culture, flora, fauna, and local customs.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants, adhering to all relevant safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage tour logistics, including timing, transportation coordination, and group movements.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the diverse interests and physical capabilities of different groups.
- Act as an ambassador for Ocho Rios and Jamaica, promoting local businesses and sustainable tourism practices.
