Key Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative and logistical tasks, including running errands, managing mail, and coordinating deliveries.
- Ensure office common areas, meeting rooms, and client spaces are always tidy, well-stocked, and presentable.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, including AV equipment and refreshments.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal staff and external visitors, offering polite and helpful assistance.
- Support the administrative team with ad-hoc requests, data entry, and document organization.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues related to office efficiency or client comfort.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.
