Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of diverse clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust and mutual understanding, proactively addressing their evolving needs.
- Onboard new clients efficiently, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring successful initial adoption and utilization of our platform.
- Proactively identify client needs, pain points, and opportunities for product usage expansion to enhance their recruitment outcomes.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to showcase value, track progress against client goals, and strategically plan for future success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and support teams to resolve client issues and advocate for product enhancements that align with customer feedback.
- Monitor customer health metrics, identify at-risk accounts, and implement proactive strategies for mitigation and recovery, safeguarding client relationships.
- Drive adoption of new features and functionalities, ensuring clients are leveraging the full capabilities of our solution to achieve their talent acquisition objectives.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to revenue growth while adding greater value to our clients.
- Gather and relay comprehensive customer feedback to internal teams to inform product roadmap and service improvements, acting as the voice of the customer.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts, achieving high retention rates, and consistently driving customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to understanding customer behavior and success metrics.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero) to manage client interactions and data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and excellent time management.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to client interactions, always anticipating needs and building rapport.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
