Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all project aspects are on track and communicated effectively within remote teams.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes, actively monitoring progress and flagging deviations.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management, particularly across different time zones.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve and escalate issues to project managers when necessary.
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement) and ensure compliance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants, scheduling and facilitating regular virtual team meetings.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables in a remote setting.
Required Skills
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (2+ years)
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery, specifically in remote or distributed team environments.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
