Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, informative, and safe tours through Runaway Bay and surrounding St. Ann attractions, tailored to diverse group interests.
- Share in-depth knowledge of local history, culture, ecology, and current events in an entertaining and accessible manner.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all tour participants, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including meeting points, timings, transportation coordination (if applicable), and group management.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the group's demographics, interests, and physical abilities.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a tour guide in Jamaica, preferably within the St. Ann region.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and captivating storytelling abilities.
- Extensive and verifiable knowledge of Runaway Bay, St. Ann, and general Jamaican history, culture, and natural attractions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact positively with diverse groups of people.
