Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with client goals and budget.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Write compelling and high-converting ad copy, testing different creatives and messaging strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, making proactive adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to identify optimal performance drivers.
- Analyze campaign data, generate detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, designers, and account managers to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Manage client communication, providing regular updates on campaign progress and strategy adjustments.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (PPC, SEM, Social Media Ads).
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets effectively and achieve target ROAS/CPA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for client interaction and reporting.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, conversion funnels, and tracking technologies.
