Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail assistants, conducting performance reviews and training sessions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met consistently, resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, oversee receiving, and minimize shrinkage.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to optimize product presentation and appeal.
- Handle cash management, including daily reconciliations, banking, and adherence to financial procedures.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure the outlet maintains a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail supervision or management (minimum 2 years).
