Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
  • Administer medication prompts and support clients in adhering to prescribed routines.
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration.
  • Perform light household duties such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in stimulating activities.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health, behaviour, or well-being to the care team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation.
  • Support clients with appointments, errands, and community engagement as required.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, company policies, and care plans.
  • Promote independence and respect clients' choices, dignity, and privacy at all times.

  • First Aid and Basic Life Support certification.
  • Driving license and access to own transport (due to location and travel between clients).
