Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions with high accuracy.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both digital and physical.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required by management.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including vendor and client communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills

  • Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role
