Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
  • Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups, progress monitoring, and discharge planning.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, implementing appropriate safety plans.

Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • Full accreditation or registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., BACP, UKCP, HCPC).

  • Prior experience working with specific client demographics such as adolescents, couples, or individuals experiencing complex trauma.
