Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our vibrant team in Petite Rivière, Black River District. As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, responsible for understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for increased engagement, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Your day-to-day will involve strategic planning, detailed account management, and persuasive presentations of our offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales to expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives, proposing tailored solutions that align with Career.zycto's offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Career.zycto.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and client engagement approaches.
  • Act as a client advocate, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Executive, Sales, or Client Relationship Management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the business services or technology sector.
  • Fluency in French and/or other local languages (e.g., Creole).
  • Understanding of the Mauritius market landscape and business culture.
