Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all aspects of assigned exhibitions from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) and external vendors (stand builders, AV, caterers, logistics) to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee on-site setup, dismantle, and live event operations, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and communication flows for all stakeholders.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements for each exhibition.
- Source and manage exhibition materials, promotional items, and display elements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees during the planning and execution phases.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event coordination or exhibition management.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and verbal).
