Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to financial advisors and paraplanners.
  • Assist in the preparation of client documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases.
  • Process and track client applications, transfers, and other financial transactions.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations.
  • Support the team with general office duties as required.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of financial products, services, and market trends.
