Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication and PR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Proactively identify and pitch media opportunities to secure positive coverage for Career.zycto.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze PR performance, and provide regular reports on communication effectiveness.
- Manage and update the organization’s social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and active engagement.
- Assist in organizing and promoting public events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Support internal communications to ensure staff are informed and engaged with organizational news and initiatives.
- Provide crisis communication support, drafting holding statements and assisting in reputation management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and develop compelling stories for various communication channels.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
- Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes in Kenya.
- Ability to craft compelling and audience-appropriate content for various platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
