Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort and bag parcels according to destination, size, and type specifications.
- Perform careful inspection of parcels for damage or incorrect labeling before bagging.
- Efficiently lift, carry, and load bagged parcels onto pallets or conveyor belts, adhering to weight restrictions.
- Apply appropriate labels and documentation to ensure proper tracking and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including inventory support and material handling.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and labeling.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Basic communication skills to understand instructions and interact with team members.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar fast-paced environment.
