Job Description

Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Membership Coordinator to join our vibrant team in the picturesque Sanssouci Park Area of Potsdam. This full-time role is crucial to maintaining and enhancing our member relationships, ensuring seamless engagement, and supporting the overall growth of our community. As a Membership Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, managing inquiries, facilitating renewals, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve their experience.

Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of tasks, from meticulously managing member databases and processing applications to coordinating communications and assisting with member events. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all member inquiries, providing timely and accurate information via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage and maintain the member database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all records.
  • Process new membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate and disseminate regular member communications, including newsletters, announcements, and event invitations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of member events, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Monitor member satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience.
  • Generate membership reports and analytics to track trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and finance, to ensure a cohesive member journey.
  • Support the development and implementation of member retention and recruitment strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to membership, such as invoicing, payment tracking, and record keeping.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in a membership coordination, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
