Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and prospects for property sales and rentals through networking, marketing, and client referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in Curepipe and wider Mauritius.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and fostering trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., lawyers, financial advisors) to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new listings and prospective clients.
- Manage a pipeline of active clients and properties, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress updates.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in real estate sales and/or rentals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mauritian real estate market, especially Curepipe.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Mauritian driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant real estate certification or license in Mauritius.
