Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive post-production, including editing and retouching, of photographs to meet client specifications and maintain a consistent, high-quality aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and specific photography requirements for each project, ensuring their creative brief is fully met.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and timely delivery of final photographic assets within agreed-upon deadlines and budget.
- Maintain and meticulously organize a digital archive of all photographic work for easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging techniques, and new equipment to continually enhance skills and service offerings, ensuring cutting-edge results.
- Provide clear, professional communication and exceptional customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial contact to final delivery and feedback.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an event and commercial photographer with a strong, diverse, and verifiable portfolio showcasing your best work.
- Proficiency with professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, a range of lenses, and advanced external lighting equipment (flashes, strobes).
- Expertise in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) with a solid understanding of color correction, retouching, and compositing.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting principles, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship building.
