Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours for individuals and groups throughout Mandeville and surrounding regions.
- Share comprehensive knowledge of local history, culture, geography, and points of interest.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest questions and needs with professionalism.
