Rackspace Technology is seeking a dedicated Remote Product Lifecycle Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Product Lifecycle Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Product Managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination across various stages of the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Managers in defining, documenting, and communicating product requirements, features, and roadmaps.
  • Track product development progress, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating potential roadblocks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and support to ensure alignment and timely execution of product initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, training materials, and release notes.
  • Facilitate regular product lifecycle review meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product strategy and positioning efforts.
  • Support the product launch process by coordinating activities such as go-to-market planning, asset creation, and internal training.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and assist in identifying areas for improvement or end-of-life planning.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product lifecycle management processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in product coordination, project management, or a similar operational role within a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote, distributed team.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud technologies or IT services.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or product management (e.g., CSPO).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
