Key Responsibilities
- Assist Product Managers in defining, documenting, and communicating product requirements, features, and roadmaps.
- Track product development progress, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying and escalating potential roadblocks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and support to ensure alignment and timely execution of product initiatives.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, training materials, and release notes.
- Facilitate regular product lifecycle review meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support product strategy and positioning efforts.
- Support the product launch process by coordinating activities such as go-to-market planning, asset creation, and internal training.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and assist in identifying areas for improvement or end-of-life planning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product lifecycle management processes and tools.
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in product coordination, project management, or a similar operational role within a technology company.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (PDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a remote, distributed team.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud technologies or IT services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or product management (e.g., CSPO).
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
