Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead engaging, informative, and safe tours for individuals and groups throughout Santa Cruz and wider St. Elizabeth.
- Share in-depth knowledge of local history, culture, traditions, geography, flora, and fauna in an entertaining and accessible manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have a positive and memorable experience.
- Manage group logistics, including adherence to schedules, handling unexpected situations, and ensuring the comfort and safety of all participants.

Required Skills
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication and storytelling abilities.
- Extensive and verifiable knowledge of Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth, and Jamaican history, culture, and attractions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of people.
