Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and identify potential clients within Calabash Bay, Treasure Beach, and surrounding areas.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses with prospective and existing clients to recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, property).
- Present, explain, and sell various insurance policies, clearly articulating benefits, terms, and conditions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-up and exceptional service.
- Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, and necessary adjustments to their coverage.
- Process insurance claims efficiently, acting as a liaison between clients and underwriters, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Educate clients on claims procedures and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes within the insurance sector.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, ethical guidelines, and industry regulations.
Required Skills
