Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations, optimizing space and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outgoing shipments, adhering to strict quality and efficiency standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, following all company safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Assist with loading trucks and preparing shipment manifests.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns immediately to management.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
