Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing schedules.
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job advertisements and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS) and other databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Support the seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including preparing necessary documentation and coordinating initial orientations.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the payroll preparation process by collecting and verifying relevant data as needed.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development or updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Undertake other ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the HR management team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in an administrative or HR support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a remote team.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
