Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for diverse client projects.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to inform strategic planning.
- Design and implement effective communication plans, ensuring consistent and transparent messaging across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and deliver targeted training programs to build new capabilities and facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Coach and advise executive sponsors and leadership teams on best practices for leading change and managing resistance.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Career.zycto's change management methodologies and intellectual capital.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in change management consulting or a related field.
- Proven ability to design and implement robust change strategies for complex organizational transformations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prosci Certification or similar change management professional certification.
- Experience working within a fast-paced consulting environment.
