Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues, ensuring all facilities meet safety and operational standards.
- Execute corrective repairs and emergency maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and implement effective solutions.
- Complete general carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including time spent, materials used, and work performed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding work progress and issues.
- Assist with groundskeeping and general upkeep of the property exterior.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, requesting replacements as necessary.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a related trade.
