Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
  • Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues, ensuring all facilities meet safety and operational standards.
  • Execute corrective repairs and emergency maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Complete general carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including time spent, materials used, and work performed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients regarding work progress and issues.
  • Assist with groundskeeping and general upkeep of the property exterior.
  • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, requesting replacements as necessary.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a related trade.
  • Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
