Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain effective knowledge repositories, portals, and tools, ensuring ease of access and user adoption.
- Establish clear processes for knowledge capture, curation, validation, sharing, and retirement across all departments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify critical knowledge areas and facilitate the creation of high-quality content.
- Champion a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning through training programs, workshops, and communication initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze knowledge management system usage and effectiveness, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the integration of knowledge management practices with existing business processes and technological infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in knowledge management, recommending relevant innovations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and systems.
