We are actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Agent specializing in both sales and claims to join our dynamic team in Rollington Town, Kingston. You will engage with a diverse clientele, educating them on various insurance products – including but not limited to life, health, property, and auto – and building lasting relationships built on trust and reliability. Beyond acquiring new business, you’ll manage client portfolios, conduct policy reviews, and proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. On the claims side, you will guide clients through the documentation, submission, and follow-up phases, acting as their advocate to ensure fair and timely settlements. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new client relationships through various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies and coverage options.
- Present, explain, and sell a wide range of insurance products (e.g., life, health, general insurance) to individuals and businesses.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients with the claims process, from initial reporting and documentation gathering to liaising with adjusters and ensuring timely resolution.
- Educate clients on policy terms, conditions, and coverage details, explaining complex information clearly and concisely.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to effectively position products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and ethical guidelines within the insurance industry.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships with clients.

Preferred Qualifications
