Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque cashing.
- Verify customer identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on banking products and services.
- Balance cash drawer daily, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established bank procedures.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding customer accounts and transactions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services that meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance overall customer experience.
Required Skills
