Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile daily cash, check, and credit card receipts accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare daily bank deposits and ensure proper documentation and balancing of all transactions.
  • Maintain precise records of all cash office activities, including discrepancies and resolutions.
  • Verify the accuracy of sales reports and reconcile them with actual cash collected.
  • Handle petty cash disbursements and maintain accurate records of all expenditures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding any cash-related issues or inquiries.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.
  • Assist with periodic audits and inventory counts as required.
  • Safeguard company assets and maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned to support financial operations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in cash handling or a similar financial administrative role (1+ years).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic and strong numerical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
