Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and school standards.
- Deliver high-quality, student-centered instruction in a designated subject area(s).
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student progress regularly through various methods, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and development.
- Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and share best practices.
- Uphold the school's values, policies, and code of conduct at all times.
