Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and penetration testing.
- Design and implement robust security architectures, solutions, and controls across various platforms and technologies.
- Develop, review, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on cybersecurity best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and incident response.
- Lead security audits and compliance reviews, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate security risks and propose effective solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance our service offerings.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including presenting solutions and contributing to proposals.
- Mentor junior security professionals and contribute to the overall knowledge base of the team.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, security architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of network security, application security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data protection.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
