Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated Venue Operations Helper to join our dynamic team. As a Venue Operations Helper, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of various events, from corporate gatherings to community celebrations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, equipment, and décor.
  • Support the technical team with basic audio-visual (AV) equipment setup and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure venue cleanliness and organization before, during, and after events, including waste management.
  • Provide general operational support, including directing guests, assisting vendors, and managing supplies.
  • Monitor venue facilities and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
  • Act as a liaison between event organizers and venue staff to ensure all needs are met efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment for all attendees.

Required Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven reliability and punctuality, especially with flexible scheduling.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hospitality, event, or operations support role.
  • Familiarity with basic AV equipment or venue management systems.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and working knowledge of English.
