Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compliance Reporter to join our dedicated team in the Munich Airport Area. In this pivotal full-time role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our operations by ensuring strict adherence to all relevant national and international regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, interpret, and analyze new and existing regulatory requirements (e.g., BaFin, EU directives, data protection laws) to ensure organizational compliance.
  • Prepare, review, and submit accurate and timely compliance reports to internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct thorough internal investigations and audits to identify potential non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with legal, risk management, and operational teams to implement and monitor compliance controls.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related topics and internal policies.
  • Assess the effectiveness of current compliance programs and recommend improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging compliance risks, particularly those relevant to the financial services or aviation-related sectors.
  • Manage and respond to regulatory inquiries and examinations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential compliance breaches.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a compliance, regulatory reporting, or audit role.
  • Strong understanding of German and EU regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and compliance management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM, CISSP, CIPP/E).
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Fluency in German (written and spoken).
