Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory experiments and tests accurately under the supervision of senior researchers.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment, samples, reagents, and solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Record and analyze experimental data meticulously in lab notebooks and electronic systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Strictly adhere to laboratory safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Organize and manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate effectively with senior scientists and other team members on ongoing research and development projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Document procedures and results clearly and comprehensively for internal records and reports.
