Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner, recommending drinks and providing exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage cash and card transactions accurately, handling payments and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, assisting with stock orders, rotation, and minimizing waste.
- Develop and experiment with new cocktail recipes and beverage offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national liquor laws and regulations, including responsible service practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service and a cohesive guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender, with a strong focus on cocktail creation.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and mixology techniques.
