Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and accurately process room service orders via phone and internal systems.
  • Liaise effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared according to guest specifications and timing.
  • Coordinate with delivery personnel to dispatch orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and constant communication with guests regarding order status, special requests, or potential delays.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate billing for all room service orders, including special charges and gratuities.
  • Monitor inventory of room service amenities and supplies, reporting shortages to management.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient room service work area.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required to support hotel operations.
