Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising and restocking products.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process returns or exchanges with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, performing stock counts, and organizing storage areas.
- Support store management in executing promotional activities and visual merchandising displays.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and collaborating with colleagues.
- Open and close the store as required, following established procedures for cash handling and security.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure overall store operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash and operating a POS system.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

- Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
