Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the School Principal.
- Manage the Principal's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments effectively.
- Handle internal and external communications, including drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a primary liaison between the Principal, staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate school events, meetings, and assemblies, including logistical arrangements and minute-taking.
- Maintain confidential student and staff records with strict adherence to data privacy policies.
- Assist in the preparation of school reports, policies, and official documents.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general administrative needs for the Principal's office.
- Support the implementation of school-wide projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and manage petty cash for the Principal's office as required.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes and systems.
