Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients under the guidance of chefs.
- Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, dishware, and decorative elements according to event specifications.
- Transport food, beverages, and equipment safely to and from event locations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Replenish food stations, clear tables, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, serving stations, and equipment before, during, and after events.
- Operate and maintain catering equipment, ensuring proper care and function.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with washing dishes, loading/unloading dishwashers, and proper storage of catering items.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional service.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
