Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and network-related issues, both in-person and remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher-tier support or specialized teams as necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventative maintenance.

- Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and procurement.
