Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budget plans, and feasibility studies for construction projects.
- Support the tendering process, including preparing tender documents, analyzing contractor submissions, and assisting with contract award.
- Measure and value work done on site, preparing valuations for interim payments and final accounts.
- Contribute to the administration of construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Help manage variations, claims, and disputes, accurately assessing their financial impact.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of project costs, expenditures, and financial progress.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Utilize quantity surveying software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency in cost management.
- Participate in site visits to verify progress and assess materials and workmanship.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in quantity surveying principles and practices.
