Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with booking hotel accommodations, transportation (flights, car rentals), and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with hotel staff and external vendors to fulfill special requests and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, bookings, and preferences using internal systems.
  • Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing experiences in St. Catharines and surrounding areas.
  • Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately.
  • Support the development and implementation of new guest service initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive guest experience.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, hotel promotions, and local events to provide relevant and current information.
