As an On-site Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, interacting directly with guests from the moment they walk through our doors until they depart. Your primary focus will be to ensure every guest enjoys their breakfast and brunch experience by providing attentive, personalized service. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing our POS system efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests, providing an exceptional dining experience.
- Process guest payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties specific to the morning shift, including setting up stations and light cleaning.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer guest inquiries confidently.
