Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and financial goals.
  • Present and explain various insurance products (life, health, auto, property) clearly and persuasively.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and policy changes promptly.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and insurance industry regulations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and client activity logs.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales or customer service experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
