Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including incoming shipments, warehouse storage, and outgoing deliveries.
- Plan and track the movement of products according to customer requirements and internal schedules.
- Optimize routes and schedules for delivery drivers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize logistics software and systems to track orders, manage stock, and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to deliveries or logistics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proven experience with inventory management and control systems.
- Strong understanding of transportation and warehousing regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
