Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a vehicle for both package delivery and passenger transportation.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Load, unload, and secure packages of varying sizes and weights.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers and recipients, ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, rides, and vehicle logs.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and ensure its cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle payments and transaction processing accurately where applicable.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
