Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, assisting with product inquiries and selections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, displays, and common areas.
- Restock merchandise regularly, ensuring adequate inventory levels and proper product placement.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash and card payments.
- Assist with incoming shipments, inventory checks, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and uphold store operational standards.
