Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload goods from vehicles and containers, utilizing appropriate lifting techniques and equipment.
- Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to quality control standards and packing instructions.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklift trucks (if certified) in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
Required Skills
- Proven physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and paperwork.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar loading/unloading role.
- Valid forklift operator's license (Counterbalance or Reach Truck).

- Full UK driving license.
