Key Responsibilities

- Monitor incoming and outgoing material flows, ensuring timely delivery to production lines and dispatch from the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock verification, and resolving discrepancies under supervision.
- Communicate production needs and material availability proactively to minimize delays and optimize workflow.
- Support the receiving and shipping departments with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation.
- Participate in the organization and maintenance of warehouse and factory floor areas, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility.
- Identify and report any operational issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions to senior staff.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support overall warehouse and factory operations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
